The Grand Duke's archers known as Owen's Own sing this as they fight which increases they're accuracy and rate of fire. It is a popular song throughout Geoff but only the members of Owen's Own are trained to benefit from it.

What of the bow?
The bow was made in Geoff:
Of true wood, of Hornwood.
The wood of Geoff bows;

So men who are free
Love the old Hornwood tree
And the land where the Hornwood grows.

What of the cord?
The cord was made in Geoff:
A rough cord, a tough cord,
A cord that bowmen love;

So we'll drain our jacks
To the Geoff flax
And the land where the hemp was wove.

What of the shaft?
The shaft was cut in Geoff:
A long shaft, a strong shaft,
Barbed and trim and true;

So we'll drink together
To the Grey goose feather
And the land where the gray goose flew.

What of the men?
The men were bred in Geoff:
The bowman - the yeoman -
The lads of dale and fell
