It looks like a gaggle of goblins turned out for the dwarf roast along with the rat, Frank, Dudly and that dastardly wereboar. Wormy's lair is located on the north end of the Goblin Hills, so it is no wonder the goblins had such a turnout. Hambone, the cyclops hound, likes to dig in the dirt for goblins near Wormy's lair.
There is one yellow-faced minikin with droopy eyelids and a porcine nose that may not be a goblin.
It is a shame the crowd picture is so obscured by the dialog bubbles. I wonder if these were added on later or did Trampier draw them in as he sketched the picture. A great picture of the Wereboar and the "crunch' panel could be a poster or a T-Shirt.
